As part of Phase 2 of the NextGen Bus Plan, Metro will be making more service changes to its bus network starting Sunday, June 27, 2021. This second round of changes will further align Metro bus service with travel patterns and demand, improving bus speeds, reliability, and frequency for riders across the network. To achieve all these tangible benefits, some routes and stops will be consolidated or replaced.
This post rounds up the relevant changes to Metro bus service in Warner Center in order to help riders navigate the new system. New posted schedules are now available and if you use the Transit app, Metro’s official smartphone app, a preview of the upcoming changes is also now available.
All LADOT, Santa Clarita Transit, and Ventura County TC, and Topanga Beach Bus services will continue to run as normal through Warner Center.

New and Replaced Bus Lines
The western segment of Line 169 (from Canoga Station to Mulholland Drive and West Hills Medical Center) will be replaced by the new Line 645.
Lines 245 and 750 will be replaced by more frequent service on Lines 150 and 240:
- Local 245 will become Line 150 and travel North/South along Topanga Canyon Blvd from Ventura Blvd to the Chatsworth G Line Station, passing through Warner Center and the Canoga G Line Station.
Consolidated Bus Stops
No bus stops will be consolidated or eliminated within Warner Center, but several stops will be eliminated on lines 164, 165, and 240 that lead into or through the area:
